tonies SE announced today that it will rename all its group companies to “tonies”. This also applies to the key entityBoxine GmbH, the company behind tonies®, the innovative and award-winning audio system for children aged three to ten. As of February 28, 2022, the company will operate under the new name tonies GmbH. The international companies in the USA, UK, and France will be renamed to tonies US Inc., tonies UK Ltd. and tonies France SAS as a second step on March 31, 2022. Merging the company names will ensure a consistent global presence for the company and give greater prominence to the internationally renowned love brand tonies®. The changes will only affect the company name and the business address of the German company. The corporate structure remains unchanged, and tonies SE remains listed on the stock exchange as the parent company.

Since 2018, tonies® has been represented in the UK and Ireland in addition to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In the fall of 2020, expansion into the USA followed after one year of preparation only. Most recently tonies was launched in France in fall 2021. Further international market entries are already planned.
