On the weekend of August 9-10, puzzle enthusiasts from all over the country will gather in Urania Hall in Olsztyn (Poland). On Saturday, August 9, the 1st Polish Puzzle Championships will take place. On August 10, Trefl invites everyone to attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest word made of puzzles in Urania Hall.
It is no coincidence that the event has been planned for this year, because 2025 is the jubilee year in which Trefl SA celebrates its 40th anniversary. In this way, the company aims to celebrate the jubilee together with puzzle enthusiasts, but not only, as the event is open to anyone who wants to actively participate and break the current Guinness World Record in puzzling. The last similar record was set in 2011, when students in Vietnam put together a puzzle consisting of 551,232 pieces. In this year's attempt, Trefl plans to assemble a minimum of 551,233 pieces; moreover, the final jigsaw puzzle will spell out the word TREFL.

Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate in the Guinness World Record attempt. To ensure the process runs smoothly, participants can choose the hours during which they want to assemble the puzzle. Admission to the audience will be free, participants in the Guinness World Record attempt will be charged PLN 35, and participants in the 1st Polish Championships will be charged PLN 20. As part of the entry fee, participants will receive packages of souvenir gadgets.
