Grani & Partners Announced Major News In London

BRANDORA Editorial Staff - October 2010

After the Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas, Grani & Partners (Giochi Preziosi Group) returned for another encounter with the world of licensing in London, with exciting news in the form of its recent appointment by Sanrio as Preferred Premium Supplier EMEA for the Hello Kitty license.

This means that, together with Gormiti, Ben 10, Bakugan, Marvel and Cuccioli cerca Amici, Hello Kitty will remain Grani & Partners’ top license for 2010/2011 too, as the company intends to continue, as always, to put it to a wide variety of uses in innovative product concepts in both the promotional sector and other business areas.

Another today’s news concerns the newsagents world in which the company is market leader with the Preziosi Collection brand: Grani & Partners has obtained the Ferrari global licence valid until the end of 2014 for the production of sticker albums, cards and associated gadgets; Grani & Partners can now take one of the main elements of pride of the area of Modena around the world and Italy, for the enjoyment of all Ferrari lovers and fans.

The first product will be the “Ferrari, the Myth” sticker album which will come out in September 2010 on the occasion of the Formula 1 GP in Monza: a deluxe format album with 200 stickers that illustrate the history of Ferrari in the Formula 1 world, from the beginning up to today.

For Grani & Partners, world leading manufacturer of collectable licence gadgets, licence use will range from the free gifts accompanying Dolci Preziosi and Salati Preziosi snacks to the collections for newsagents’ including cards, 3D figures, accessories and much more, without forgetting the children’s rides, or the official magazine + covermounts, which already has a very impressive circulation in Italy, UK, France and Spain.

And yet more products are set to join the by-now famous 3D figures, soft toys, back-to-school items, coin keepers, beauty sets, rings, charm bracelets, make-up, inflatable bags, picture frames, accessories, brooches, and magic wipes that, over the last few years, have determined the success of promotional campaigns run by numerous corporate clients trading both in Italy and abroad.

All these sensational products have originated from the combination of five fundamental features, which have proved key not only for the children targeted but for their parents too: variety, desirability, collectability, quality and absolute safety (guaranteed by the “Giocattoli Sicuri” – Safe Toys - mark issued by the Italian Toy Safety Institute).
