VIPO on “Junior TV” on new South African Pay-TV platform ODM

Vipo Land Inc has closed an agreement with On Digital Media (ODM), a new Pay TV platform based in Johannesburg/South Africa, which will be launched in May. VIPO will be broadcast in English on ODM’s Junior TV channel, among other popular children’s programs such as Maya the Bee, Blinky Bill and Lapitch. “VIPO – Adventures of the Flying Dog” will be first aired four weeks after the channel’s launch. The future programming schedule also includes Season 2: “VIPO & Friends – Surviving Time Island”, which is scheduled to go on air in 2011. This new agreement was mediated by Studio100Media GmbH who is commissioned with TV rights distribution for the VIPO program.
