The previous EM.TV AG has changed its Company name to EM.Sport Media AG with immediate effect. The statute amendments passed by the General Meeting on June 27, 2007 have now been entered in the Commercial Register (Munich District Court, HRB 148 760). In conjunction with the name change, the Registered Office of the Company was moved to Ismaning near Munich.

The stock exchange listing of the share on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is expected to be changed from EM.TV AG to EM.Sport Media AG on July 16, 2007. ISIN (DE0009147207), WKN (914720) and the stock exchange abbreviation (EV4) will remain unchanged. The listing on the regulated unofficial market of the Series 2 Certificates on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN: DE000A0A7RR7, WKN A0A7RR, Exchange Abbreviation ZET5) from EM.TV AG to EM.Sport Media AG will also be changed accordingly.
