Studio 100 Media has signed two deals bringing Studio 100’s latest live action shows to the Nordics. Kids’ channel SVT Barnkanalen of Swedish public broadcaster Sveriges Television picked up ‘Kosmoo‘ (13 x 25’), a detective story for kids about a bionic dog of the same name. Public kids’ broadcaster NRK Super - part of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and the highest rating children’s channel in the country has also acquired ‘Kosmoo‘ and two seasons of ‘Night Watch‘ (26 x 25’), Studio 100’s brand new fantasy pre-teen show about three teenage guardians protecting their village from mythical evil beings. All the shows will air in 2017.

Martin Krieger, Head of Global Distribution at Studio 100 Media comments, “We are very happy about the ongoing collaboration with our highly valued partners NRK Super and SVT Barnkanalen. Both are home to some of our wonderful animation brands such as ‘Maya the Bee‘ and ‘Heidi‘. Furthermore NRK Super has already successfully aired some recent live action productions like ‘Galaxy Park‘ and ‘Ghost Rockers‘ and we are thrilled that our new live action highlights ‘Kosmoo’ and ‘Night Watch’ will make their way to Norway and Sweden as well.”
