PMI Appoints Paglia to VP-Licensing;

Peggy Pak Becomes New VP-Creative

Precious Moments, Inc. (PMI) today announced it has created two new positions, and CEO Steve Kosmalski announces the posts are being filled by PMI Directors whose combined experience exceeds 50 years.

Patrice Paglia, prominent licensing executive, is named Vice-President of Licensing. In her new role, which is effective immediately, Paglia will oversee the global licensing business for the Precious Moments brand and manage co-branding programs for the Precious Moments core gift program. Additionally, she will oversee retail development with licensees as well as seek out DTR opportunities. Patrice will report to Steve Kosmalski, CEO of the Precious Moments Family of Companies.

Patrice is a highly regarded strategic thinker, with a track record in identifying new business opportunities and delivering successful results since joining Precious Moments last year. She has recently brought in numerous key Licensees to Precious Moments” said Kosmalski.

Peggy Pak
Peggy Pak, an experienced Product Development and Creative executive, is named Vice-President of Creative. She has distinguished herself in all facets of creative development and product management for more than 20 years. Peggy will oversee the entire Creative department, which includes product development, and report to the CEO.

In making the announcement, Kosmalski cited the major achievements of Peggy Pak since joining PMI.
