Spring and summer collection 2016 “Patrick Loves SpongeBob by PM”

Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products proudly announce their cooperation “Patrick Loves SpongeBob by PM” with German fashion designer PM, Patrick Mohr. The SpongeBob SquarePants collection hits German retail in spring/summer 2016. On 8 July the fashion line will be introduced to trade visitors at the Premium International Fashion Trade Show in Berlin. The “Patrick Loves SpongeBob by PM” collection also includes a range of accessories and fashion items created in close cooperation with Starter Black Label.

Patrick Mohr has been a huge fan of SpongeBob right from the start; he loves the fantastic worlds and characters of the Nickelodeon series. The designer readily identifies with SpongeBob values like the pursuit of peace, freedom, creative development and pure fun. What’s more – the designer and SpongeBob’s best friend share the same name which makes the motto of the collection “Patrick Loves SpongeBob by PM” even more fitting.

Patrick Mohr wants to combine the characteristics of SpongeBob’s hometown Bikini Bottom – geometrical shapes – with the feelings SpongeBob evoke in him – freedom, fun, and cheerfulness.

For Patrick Mohr this was the first time that pure good mood was the key element of his works and designs. He is really proud of the outcome and defines the creative process as having been a therapeutic experience.

Working on the collection provided Patrick Mohr with the chance to cooperate with Starter Black Label. The product range includes caps, socks, and sweaters. Being a huge fan and a passionate wearer of the label, this cooperation made one of Patrick Mohr’s dreams come true.

The collection “Patrick Loves SpongeBob” will be available in Europe and the USA in spring/summer in 2016.
