Rainbow, Europe’s biggest and most successful animation studio, has made an announcement that will delight Winx Club everywhere - a magical new Winx Club live musical show is set to tour Italy and the world!

The Winx Club Musical Show debuted at Christmastime and is now touring major cities across Italy, receiving a rapturous reception from enthralled family audiences everywhere. Written by Winx Club-creator Iginio Straffi, the show celebrates ten years of magic, friendship and adventure. Audiences will be treated to dancing and singing based on some of the most famous and popular melodies from the show’s hugely successful first decade. The show is interactive and features stunning special effects that immerse theatre-goers in the Winx experience, as the six fairy friends fly to save the Universe from the clutches of the evil Trix witches.

The musical is the latest creation in the Winx pantheon, which has already produced seven hugely popular series, three CGI animated movies and hundreds of thousands of lines of licensed merchandise. The series itself is so popular that it’s viewed by over 15m viewers each day through 115 broadcasters worldwide.
