On January 28th, the Studio 100 team will present their new product highlights at the Press Preview, and on the first day of the show Maya the Bee and Vic the Viking costume characters will be welcoming visitors as they arrive.

As the largest toy fair in Europe, Nuremberg is the perfect platform for Studio 100 to drive forward its international licensing and merchandising programme for its key brands. Studio 100 will be presenting numerous product highlights from its own range which includes toys, books, plush, games and audio dramas.

The 2014 show will also see Studio 100 looking to secure new licensing partners for Studio 100’s new CGI animation series Vic the Viking, Heidi and Maya the Bee. In September 2014, Maya The Bee: Movie, produced in 3 D stereoscopic, will premiere in cinemas. The movie is Studio 100’s first ever animated feature length movie to be released, and is set to strengthen the global Maya brand even further. Maya the Bee: Movie will be released in Q4 2014 and will be supported by a heavy weight marketing campaign.

2014 also sees Studio 100 continue to focus on the 40th anniversary celebrations of the classic series Vic the Viking and the new CGI animated series, produced by Studio 100 Animation in France and ASE Studios in association with Flying Bark Productions in Australia.

The positive image portrayed by Vic the Viking has already attracted Simba Dickie, partner in GAS, Spain and Portugal. Studio 100 is looking to secure further licensing and distribution partners for the new CGI series, with its broad international licensing appeal. More than 50 products will be developed and presented by the Studio 100 Group. Studio 100 International will be looking for international distributor partners.

Studio 100‘s team will be on the Studio 100 stand (E 16 F 37), to discuss international licensing and retail opportunities across each of the brands and local markets from all its European offices.
