On his first trip to the silver screen, The Rusty Knight has the adventure of his life, when he and Koks the Dragon set off to restore his wounded honour and recapture the heart of Damsel Bö.

In ten books The Rusty Knight and his friends, Damsel Bö and Koks the Dragon, have conquered the hearts of a large following. Now the Knight of the Tinny Countenance sets off on his first hilarious trip to the big screen – hard as iron and slightly dented.

The Rusty Knight delves into a world where toasters ride into the battle, little spanners set the world on fire and brave heroes have to prove which furnace they were forged in.

The Rusty Knight is a strong property with humour, catchy tunes and an unmistakable look. The brand is popular with girls, boys, and their parents at the same time.

Since the beginning of 2012, g.l.a.m. GmbH & Co KG from Munich (www.g-l-a-m.com) has been responsible for marketing the rights to The Rusty Knight brand in German-speaking territories (other countries available on request). For optimum licensing they have compiled a sales-boosting style guide.

The movie makes its debut on 10 January 2013. The 3D TV series is comprised of 52x13 minutes episodes and scheduled for broadcast on KiKA end of 2013 / beginning of 2014.
