Santex Moden GmbH (Würselen, Germany) and Sahinler France S.A. (Lille, France) create a major fashion collection to support the theatrical release of Spiderman 4 (summer 2012). The subsidiaries of the Sahinler Group secured the pan-European rights (plus Russia, Ukraine, and more) to produce and distribute child garments and apparel for adults from the Walt Disney Company.
