NCP Germany gets technical with kids electronic toys

Nickelodeon Consumer Products Germany and electronic toy supplier VTech are set to release new Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants software for the ground-breaking Storio – the world’s first animated e-book reader for children.

The Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants software for Storio are each packed with educational activities for five to eight year olds. They will hit stores this autumn.

At the recent Nuremberg International Toy Fair, VTech took the Toy Award 2011 in the pre-school category for Storio.
