Studio100 presented their new products at the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg

Studio 100 - February 2011

"House of Anubis"

Books top bestseller lists, DVDs achieve top ranks – Studio 100 will of course continue their most successful products from publishing and home entertainment in 2011. After strong sales on the games market two new board games will tie in with the first hit game: In “Das geheimnisvolle Amulett” and “Der Schatz von Anubis” two to four players act as the inhabitants of the House of Anubis. They solve riddles, discover treasures and always try to keep ahead of their fellow players. With an approximate playing time of 30 minutes the game is perfectly fit for the target demographic of children aged 6+.

"Zigby the Zebra"

At this moment, popular TV star Ruth Moschner is standing in the sound studio for Studio100 and voice-acting the new Zigby audio play. Since 2009 the German children’s channel KI.KA has successfully broadcast the preschool series Zigby the Zebra. Thanks to the new audio play children will soon enjoy the hilarious adventures of Zigby and his friends at home and wherever they go.

Vicky the Viking

The new Vicky board game takes players on an adventurous trip to the open sea: “Wickie und der Piratenschatz Filmedition” will hit retails shelves just in time for the theatrical release of “Wickie auf großer Fahrt”. Players have to nick a treasure of gold from Sven the Terrible. May the best man win!

With more than six million viewers the first Vicky feature film was a celebrated box office hit and won several film and media awards. So products to the second instalment have quite promising potential; what is more, product launches benefit from the overall media hype around the film and the cast.

A new Vicky audio play production to the previously unreleased 7th book is already in the pipeline. Children and grown-up Vicky fans can hardly wait for new stories about their favourite hero.

"Soft Toys"

Great brands and characters made of cuddly plush! The product range includes Maya the Bee, Tabaluga the Dragon and Zigby the Zebra from the TV show of the same name. All cuddly soft characters are available in different sizes, made of finest plush and inspire children to hug and play.

"Maya the Bee"

There’s also news from the corn puppy meadow: “Willi‘s Würfel Waben” is a new game developed by Studio100 for children aged 4+ where players try to do Maya puzzles as fast as possible.

On occasion of Maya’s 35th TV anniversary another board game will hit German retail shelves: “Maja’s Geburtstagsfest”. Maya is an iconic brand for three generations … and that’s a good reason to celebrate!
