About the Position:
J!NX has an extremely successful online presence and is looking for an experienced sales manager for the European territory. This person will be responsible for developing new business either through direct deals or use of reps & distributors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales plans, market analysis, account forecasts and sales goals.
• Create and implement effective sales and distribution programs to meet sales, revenue, and profit targets.
• Analyze existing markets, and target future markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key/major accounts.
• Create and lead presentations for sales meetings.
• Assist with pricing and orders.
• Communicate with dealers, buyers and distributors.
• Travel to trade shows and business meetings.
• Recruit, train, and supervise, the sales team.
• Report to and work closely with the CEO.

Core Qualifications:

• 5 year minimum experience in the execution of sale initiatives within the apparel industry.
• Experience managing team of sales and account support personnel.
• Experience with the following channels of distribution:
  • Mass/Hypermarket
  • Department
  • Specialty
  • Consumer Electronics (CE)
  • Warehouse Clubs
  • Discount
  • Government
  • Online (wholesale and direct to consumer)
  • Independents
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with retailers and partners.
• Excellent role model for self-motivation, accountability and loyalty.
• Willingness to travel to different countries in Europe.
