Carrera Cup – Here we come!
The Porsche Carrera Cup is Germany’s fastest one make racing trophy. Against the background of the DTM, 32 drivers fight for rankings and points – no holds barred! With so many Porsche 997 GT3 around (as in a one make race all cars are identical) it’s obligatory to stand out. One of the flashiest cars is Thomas Jäger’s stylish Porsche. Race number 77 starts in bright orange with blue stripes and is always among the top 10.

Reason enough for the model car experts at CARSON-MODEL SPORT to bring this Porsche in 1:10 scale onto the street. With much love of detail they created a perfect miniature duplicate of the current vehicle as it had been starting at the Hockenheimring this October. All sponsoring stickers are in place and even the rims resemble the original. And, of course, the ready-to-run model car is not complete without the main sponsor “Online Leasing”. After all, that’s where the car got its name from: Porsche GT3 Online Leasing. It goes without saying that the silhouette looks exactly like the original Porsche racer. |

Just like the “Big One” the Porsche GT3 Online Leasing by CARSON-MODEL SPORT is rear wheel driven. With his high-revving electro motor regulated by an electronic speed controller, it is able to drive extremely fast races. To keep the model on the track and for a perfect imitation of the original driving style, the miniature Porsche comes with independent wheel suspension in front and a swing axle at the rear. The GT3 Online Leasing drives only 16 millimetres above the asphalt. That’s slightly higher in scale than the original, but otherwise the bodywork would hit every little obstacle – which impairs driving fun (not to mention the damage to the fantastic paintwork). |

After some individual training with the new model by CARSON-MODEL SPORT, drivers may enter into racing duels against other GT3s. Due to exchangeable plug-in crystals with different radio frequencies up to six models can be operated at the same time without interference.
The Porsche GT3 Online Leasing will be delivered as a RTR model (ready to run). In addition to the customer-ready model, the package includes a rechargeable battery, a plug-in charger and, of course, the remote control. At a price of 99.95 euros the entrance fee to miniature racing sport costs just as much as filling the tank of his fast prototype. |
