m4e AG announces the closing of the acquisition of majority interest in m4e AG by Studio 100 N.V.

The Executive Board of the German brand management and media company m4e AG announces that the closing of the contract regarding the acquisition of the majority interest in the m4e AG by the Belgian Studio 100 Group, headquartered in Schelle, Belgium, has been signed on Friday, 24 February 2017. The shares were immediately acquired by Studio 100 Media GmbH, Munich, a wholly owned subsidiary of Studio 100 N.V.

Hans Ulrich Stoef will continue to be CEO of the m4e AG, pushing forward the international growth of the company. Both entities intend, in particular, to strategically cooperate in the field of kids and family entertainment.

In the course of the closing, the former members of the Supervisory Board of the m4e AG, Oliver Jansen, Cees Wessels and Andreas Kinsky have resigned their offices. The Executive Board of the m4e AG has filed an appropriate application with the district court of Munich in order to complete the Supervisory Board of the m4e AG with Hans Bourlon, Koen Peeters and David Lloyd, three representatives of Studio 100.
