Bavaria Sonor markets Panini brand in GAS and Benelux

Bavaria Sonor Licensing, a division of Bavaria Media GmbH, is expanding its licensing portfolio by way of a threeyear agreement signed with the Panini Group for the exclusive distribution of Panini's merchandising rights in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux.

Bavaria Sonor has been officially appointed by Panini, the world's largest publisher of collectables and trading cards, to open up new product areas within the licensed merchandise sector through a dedicated brand extension program. The aim is to continuously expand the brand presence and to integrate it into the most different areas of life through extraordinary product implementations.

In the first step, Bavaria Sonor plans the brand expansion and licensing in the areas of fashion, accessories, home & living, as well as sporting goods and stationery. Whether sneakers, T-shirts, sportswear, bags of all shapes and sizes, home textiles or stationery of all kinds, the extensive style guides will offer licensees numerous possibilities for creative designs - from cool and trendy to heritage and retro look. Building on this, product categories such as Toys & Games, Outdoor and Personal Care will be developed in the second step.
