As of 1st July 2016, Tanja Meier-Sieden (35) has assumed leadership of ZDF Enterprises newly created “Portfolio Management” department. She holds a degree in business administration and has been working for the media company since 2007. Most recently, she managed the staff unit “Business Development and Affiliates” assigned to the Executive Board.
“With Tanja Meier-Sieden, we are gaining an excellent manager who can guide our participations portfolio, which is the second pillar of our company besides our operating business,” says Alexander Coridass, ZDF Enterprises' President and CEO and Spokesman of the Management Board, to whom Ms. Meier-Sieden will report directly. “She has everything that this important function requires in order to further optimize the cooperation between ZDF Enterprises as a shareholder and our associated companies.”
With direct participation in twelve associated companies, ZDF Enterprises has been able to grow its production capacity in the core programming areas of fiction, documentaries, and children’s programs. Additionally, our own rights utilization will be reinforced and supplemented in areas such as music publishing, merchandising, and foreign pay-television channels. |
